TERMS OF  WEATHER FORECAST SUBSCRIPTION
We will provide one 7 day Weather Forecast/Outlook a week for up to four locations. All Locations must be in the same region. Weekly Forecast/Outlook will be sent on Monday by 7a.m. CST. Forecasts/Outlooks will be comprised of a precipitation risk forecast, precipitation amount forecast, wind forecast, and temperature forecasts, and they will be delivered via our web page dash board. Upon receipt of payment you will receive a password to access you 7 day weather forecast.  

TERMS OF SERVICE OF AVIATION CONSULTING/WEATHER CONSULTING
We will provide all aviation weather consultative services as requested and outlined in agreements with all clients. The consultations will be comprised of any aviation or weather topic that falls within the scope of business/Air Transport trip and weather support to include any weather/Aviation training delivered by request of the client. 

DISTRIBUTION OF DATA/WEATHER FORECAST/WEATHER TRAINING TERMS
You agree that you, your company or any body representing your company will distribute any part of PreWeatherCises Data /Weather Forecasts or anything that you receive from PreWeatherCise via e-mail, internet, social media, or any other digital or electronic means that exists now or in the future, outside of your company, without the express written consent of PreWeatherCise is strictly prohibited.

DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY
PreWeatherCise provides weather data, forecasts, and consultation services without warranty of any kind, expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.  The entire risk as to the quality and performance of PreWeatherCises weather/consultation services is borne by you. You acknowledge Weather data/Forecasts/consultation services are not error-free and one hundred percent accurate and that under no circumstances shall PreWeatherCise be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages of any character including, without limitation, damages for loss of goodwill, work stoppage, computer failure, computer malfunction, and any and all other commercial damages or losses.

YOUR RIGHTS
You are permitted to freely distribute weather forecasts/data, maps, charts, images derived, or any product that that is derived from consultation services
from PreWeatherCise  that are created expressly for your use to anyone within the company that needs the information to make weather/aviation related decisions. 

POLITICAL BOUNDARIES
The representation of political boundaries  is based on available geographical datasets and in no way constitutes a legal recognition by PreWeatherCise.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY
The subscriber can cancel the subscription/Aviation consultation services at any time you deem necessary. PreWeatherCise also has the right to cancel the subscription/service with 15 days notice. Also, you have the right to a refund, of up to one months of service, at anytime you are dissatisfied with service, or you have cancelled. In the cancellation case the refund will not exceed one month of service. 

MISCELLANEOUS
This Agreement represents the complete and exclusive statement of the agreements between you and PreWeatherCise, and may be amended only in writing.
